(Protection of personal data)

What is CCIN Monaco Privacy ?

The “Commission de Contrôle des Informations Nominatives” (CCIN) is an independent administrative authority of Monaco established in 1993. As such, it acts “in the name of the State and has real power, without coming under the authority of the Government”.

Regulating the processing and collection of personal information, the CCIN safeguards the protection and privacy of personal data, as well as individual’s rights regarding their personal information. Although the Principality of Monaco has its own data protection regulations articulated, the CCIN is still a complementary regulation to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This solution will help your company to comply and maintain compliance with the CCIN regulation. In addition, we recommend, that you make use of the GDPR solution for further guidance on the GDPR.
