History
Governance, risk and compliance challenges are increasingly complex and rapidly evolving. It is more difficult to control all compliance requirements.
– Processes are becoming more time consuming.
– Operating costs are rising sharply.
– The risks of missing important steps in implementing compliance are increasing.
With this in mind, the founders of Smart Global Governance decided in 2019 to pool their know-how in new technologies (internet, big data, blockchain, artificial intelligence) acquired over the past 25 years in order to reimagine the collaboration between Humans and Technology, at the service of economic actors.
Today, Smart Global Governance publishes a platform for Integrated Risk Management that allows you to have more time to devote to essential subjects and really make a difference.

Olivier Guillo
Founder and CEO
When Olivier founded Smart Global Governance his aim was to contribute actively to creating long-term value for all organizations, by boosting confidence and trust within their ecosystem by means of all-embracing intelligent governance.
Olivier coordinates all Smart Global Governance teams. He has been a successful entrepreneur in new technologies since 1995, and is recognized as an active investor in the consumer-goods and property sectors. He founded his first company while an intern at the Ecole Centrale de Paris.
Since his first moves in the business world he has founded and sold numerous companies in a wide range of technology sectors, including petroleum engineering, security, cybersecurity, business intelligence, website creation, site hosting, marketing and affiliation.
Benoît Guignard
Founder / Chief Technology & Security Officer
Benoît is an IT solutions architect with over 20 years’ experience in digital technologies.
Before becoming an investor and entrepreneur, in 1998 he founded his first web-hosting company, and has occupied management positions with leading companies in the security and digital sectors.
Benoît is passionate about security, innovation and leading-edge technologies, and holds a master’s degree in law, economics and information management.
