Founding president
Olivier Guillo
Olivier founded Smart Global Governance with the aim of actively contributing to long-term value creation for all organizations by strengthening trust within their ecosystem through smart and global governance.
Olivier serves as the coordinator for all teams at Smart Global Governance.
As a successful entrepreneur in the field of new technologies since 1995, Olivier is recognized as an active investor in consumer goods and real estate sectors. He founded his first company during his internship at Ecole Centrale de Paris.
Following his initial business achievements, he has founded and sold several companies in a wide range of technological sectors, including petroleum engineering, security, cybersecurity, business intelligence, website creation, web hosting, marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Co-founder / CTO
Benoît Guignard
IT Solutions Architect with over 20 years of experience in digital technologies.
Before becoming an investor and entrepreneur, Benoît founded his first hosting company in 1998.
He has held executive positions in leading companies in the security and digital sectors.
Benoît is passionate about security, innovation, and cutting-edge technologies. He holds a master’s degree in law, economics, and information management.
Finance
Antoine Castarede
Antoine began his professional career in venture capital. He then worked in various telecom groups, holding different positions such as international business development, investments, mergers and acquisitions. He later became a CFO in France and internationally, accumulating nearly 15 years of experience.
More recently, he has been advising and investing in startups through a business angel fund.
HR Manager
Céline Tariel
Céline Tariel joined Smart Global Governance in 2021 as an HR Business Partner.
Passionate about human resources, Céline has over 20 years of experience working in international recruitment firms and corporate settings, including 4 years in the United States.
Céline holds a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business from Alliance Manchester Business School in the United Kingdom and a Master’s degree from École Supérieure de Vente in France.
Administration
Nathalie Legrand
Nathalie Legrand has over 10 years of experience in administration and organizational management of businesses and NGOs. As a polyglot (French, Spanish, Italian, and English), Nathalie holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a DESS (Specialized Graduate Diploma) in Development. She has been part of the Smart Global Governance team since its inception.
Sales Director
Pascal Petitjean
Pascal took over as the Sales Director of Smart Global Governance in the summer of 2022.
As a sales and business development professional with over 20 years of experience across various sectors and companies of different sizes, ranging from startups to international corporations, Pascal brings expertise in managing complex sales cycles in B2B environments.
In his role, Pascal is responsible for leading the sales team and driving the business development efforts of Smart Global Governance.
