While the world was forced by the pandemic to digitalize all its activities under the effect of confinements, the Cercle Montesquieu and the French Association of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE) created in September 2020 a working group on the digitalization of Compliance processes in which Smart Global Governance actively participated. After several months of quantitative and qualitative consultation, it resulted in the publication of a White Paper to:

• Establish a state of the art,
• Identify good practices,
• Suggest recommendations and avenues for reflection.
