Graduate of both Private and International Private Law, worked as a corporate lawyer and practiced as a lawyer in Paris. She founded the first higher education academic program dedicated to governance, risk management and compliance, which she has been directing since its opening
in 2008. An expert in the fight against corruption, she is a member of various committees on compliance, ethics, stakeholders in major groups.
