David OFER, a technology business leader, entrepreneur, and investor, is an expert in business growth and internationalization. A fervent advocate for entrepreneurship and startups, he currently serves as the president of the French Federation of Cybersecurity, where he champions French technological sovereignty.
With a highly international background, David has launched startups that anticipated market trends, such as the invention of cookie systems, the introduction of QR codes in France, the development of contextual advertising on mobile devices, and the use of AI in cybersecurity. He created the European cyber investor days, thereby connecting investors and startups across borders.
