Robertson joined the McGonigle, P.C. law firm following twenty years of service in the Fraud Section of the Criminal Division of the US Department of Justice. He directed and coordinated some of the Department’s most important investigations and initiatives including a significant trial under the FCPA and the multinational LIBOR investigations. Today, Rob’s practice emphasizes white-collar criminal matters, enforcement investigations, internal corporate investigations, and compliance counseling which provides tailored compliance solutions for evolving corporate needs.
